Title: Ethiopia Public Servants’ Pensions Proclamation No. 345/2003
Scope of Application: Without prejudice to the appropriate provision of the Proclamation 270/2002 that provides pension coverage to foreign nationals of Ethiopian origin, any international and bilateral agreements to which the country is a party, this Proclamation shall be applicable to public servants of Ethiopia nationality.
