Title: Investment (Amendment) Proclamation No. 849/2014
Changes made: The proclamation No. 849/2014 is enacted just to re-define some of administrative organs, include involvement of various stakeholders, and redefinitions of some of phrases in Investment Proclamation No. 769/2012. No change was made to main content of the law regarding area of investment, incentives available to investors, and its scope of application.
